He made history as the first Chief Patient Officer at the American Cancer Society, where he championed patient advocacy and care on a national scale. Dr. Kamal is also an Associate Consulting Professor in the Department of Medicine at Duke University, bringing his expertise to medical education and research. His impactful work has earned him recognition as one of the Top Influential Leaders Under 40 by the AAHPM. Currently, as the Chief Executive Officer at Prepped Health, he leads efforts to transform healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes through innovative solutions.
